 Installation We offer complete and painless installation with our products. We send in our architect and installation specialist during the first meeting at a home, which is generally the conclusion to a free consultation, and survey exactly what needs to be done to meet your needs. We explain everything that we will do before ever doing anything to your home. There is then a downtime, usually around two or three weeks, when we order hardware, pre-program, test all hardware, and customize the system before install. Once this is complete, we schedule a day for installation. During that day, we completely install all hardware and configure the system. Afterward, we show you exactly how to use it and we do not leave until the job is done. We then give you contact information for your free month of technical support. Our installation process is highly efficient, and makes installs painless. We understand that time is money, so we make sure we do not disrupt your schedule while modernizing your home. If any problems do arise, for example if hardware passed our first test and fails during installation, we will correct the problem as fast as possible. Since all components are special order, there may be a slight waiting period for hardware replacement. Our system excels in retrofit applications. This means we have designed our system to install seamlessly into an existing home with as little modification as possible. Our architect specializes in residential construction, and can quickly determine if there will be any problems prior to installation. Unhappy with our work? We have relationships with several other high-quality home industry specialists such as painters and drywallers to repair, on our dime, anything you may be dissatisfied with. We will get anything repaired or replaced that may become damaged during installation. We fully understand that mistakes happen, and it is fully our responsibility to pay for any mistakes we may make. Concerned about the safety of your family or quality of installation? All of our installation specialists receive a thorough background check, and undergo heavy training in the install process. The last thing we want to do while making your life easier is cause problems. We are also members of the Better Business Bureau, and we abide strictly by their policies for customer satisfaction. Free Consultations We offer free consultations to any of our customers living within 30 miles of Saint Charles, Missouri. We do make acceptions to this rule, but on a case by case basis. If you'd like to know if you qualify for a free consultation, please fill out our consultation form and we will let you know. If you are just too far for us to visit, we will treat each consultation request on a case by case basis. If you are ready to purchase and have only a few questions, we will more than likely be able to visit. If you are still unsure and not quite ready, we can most certainly walk you through what we need to know about your home in order to accommodate your needs through email or over the phone. Custom Configurations We offer customized configurations for more advanced needs. If you have a certain solution, such as something you have seen on TV, we can research the product and give you a custom quote, including setup and installation. Any idea you may have heard about or something you just thought of may be able to become a reality. Since we are professionals in smart home technology, we can work with you to make your dream come true. Have a high volume project such as condominiums or lofts? We offer volume-pricing discounts for large-scale builds or renovations. Due to our easy to install setup, our install time is generally less per unit than traditional wired systems. Our systems also include high-end technology to improve the appeal to any loft or condominium.
